Founded in 2021 in Ziguinchor, ETAAM brings together complementary profiles: software engineering, development economics, monitoring & evaluation and territorial development. Our experts have up to 30 years of experience with national institutions and international donors.

We work close to the field, in French, English and local languages, on projects that are useful and measurable.
