REACT (Rural Euro-Africa Collaboration to Transition) is a European Union Erasmus+ project building digital skills and green entrepreneurship among young people and women in Ziguinchor, Sindian and Bignona.
A consortium across three countries
The project brings together Inserta Andalucía (Spain), PFPC (Senegal), Innovation Hub Kenya and Kipepeo CEP (Kenya).
ETAAM's mandate
- A multilingual institutional website with a built-in CMS.
- The project's digital strategy and community management.
- An institutional film, reportage and short capsules, including the Training of Trainers in Emuhaya, Kenya, in October 2026.
- Quarterly communication reports.
